What Verified, Claimed, Unmeasured and Inconsistent mean

Every figure in Mati carries one of four statuses.

Verified: independently corroborated, for example a captured event with a photo fingerprint and a matching payment.

Claimed: stated by the operation or a participant and not yet corroborated.

Unmeasured: no data exists. Mati shows the gap instead of a zero.

Inconsistent: two sources disagree. The figure is held back until a verification officer resolves the flag.

Green is used only for Verified.
